The duo of Luke Shaw and Anthony Martial that sustained injuries in the match against Crystal Palace have been ruled out to play the next Man U game, but should be fit after the international break.
“They’re doing okay but they won’t be involved in this game,” Solskjaer told MUTV. “After the international break, hopefully Anthony will be ready for the Leicester game and Luke maybe another week or two after that.
“They’ve got slight injuries that they picked up in the game against Palace and in one respect it’s a positive game to get it because it’s international break for them and they won’t miss too many games.”
The absence Martial gives teenager Mason Greenwood to feature for the Red Devils.
“Mason is not used to playing as little as he is at the moment, he’s used to playing every week for the reserves or under-18s now he’s coming on for half an our here or there, that’s a learning curve for him,” Solskjaer said.
“He won’t play five games on the bounce, he’s cover and an option behind Marcus and Anthony.”
